OBITUARY.
. MR. J. H. .STEEDMAN. (By Telegraph.—Own Con_=doouen't.) THAMES, this day. The death is reported at Rotorua of Mr. John Henry Steedman, a well known resident of the Thames, for many years farming at Waikawau. He retired 'a few years afro owing to bad health, and had visited Rotorua in hopes of improvement. He leaves a widow and family of five. MAYOR OF PORT CHALMERS. (By Telegraph—Press Association.)
