1 ■ ■ » —■ ARRIVE BY DORSET. TOTAL OF 262 FOR DCO-TNTO-. A further contingent of 262 i_migrants arrived at Auckland by tha Dorset from Liverpool yesterday morning-. Of this nii_—er 101 are for Auckland, 114 for Wellington and the remainder for Xapier, Gisborne and South Island centres. The new arrivals, who mostly hail | from the Xorth of England, have 'been I either nominated under the Xew Zeai land Government scheme or sent out under the Imperial Oversea Settlers' Committee scheme. There are 37 domestic servants for various parts of the Dominion and IS female industrial workers, mostly weavers, who are going to work in the Kaiapoi, ilosgiel and I Roslyn mills. The women are under the j charge of Miss A. Dale, Government I matron, who speaks highly'of them, and I states that they will 'be an acquisition i to the Dominion. j The southern passengers left Auckland last evening by a special train.
