The conference of Allied financial experts, after a prolonged debate, decided to recommend the recognition of the Russian Soviet Government immediately after the Genoa Conference, also that recognition should not he dependent on any probationary period on tbe part of I Prussia. The French delegates strongly Opposed the recommendations. I The conference is now drafting al general treaty for submission at Genoa. It includes tlie creation of a Russian | Debt. Commission, which will act as accountant for creditor nations. I The Fascist! threaten to murder every I Russian Bolshevik who arrives at Genoa.
