OUTBREAK ON PORT AUGUSTA. RELIEF SHIPS COMMUNICATE. (Received 10.30 a.m.) LONDON, September 20. Lloyd's report that the steamer Port Augusta, from New York for Fremantle, is afire in the Atlantic, 27 degrees south lat. and 9 degrees east longitude. Other steamers are in communication with her.
