A Maori woman named Te Arani, , over 80 years of age, was scalded to death in a hot pool at Ohinemutu last night. She was left in bed by her daughter, who returned and found the bed empty- Search revealed the body in a hot pool near the lake. The pool was ; fenced with a rail.
