The value of an engine was the dispute in a case decided by Mr. J. W. Poynton, S.M., this morning. .Tames O'Neill, farmer, of Omahu (Mr. Bagnall), sought to recover from P. Appleton (Mr. Houston) £3-5 for an engine supplied. After hearing evidence of experts as to the condition of the engine his Worship gave judgment for plaintiff with costs.
