A BUSHMAN'S DEATH.
INQUEST AT THAMES.

At an inqxtest touching the death of William Ferguson, a bushman, medical evidence showed that the body had slight bruises, but no visible cause of death. A bushman gave evidence that deceased was jammed by a log a day before he went to the store. Next day he shared a bottle of whisky on.the track coming back. The police, in evidence, thought exposure was the cause of death. The following verdict was returned: "Found dead, no evidence to show how or b* what means."
