Borah's amendment to the Naval Appropriations Bill, requesting the President to call a conference of Britain, Japan, and the United States on Ihe limitation of naval armaments, Mr. Lloyd George said be had not received an invitation to attend a conference on the limitation of naval ariroinents. —(A. and N.Z.)
