AN EFFICIENT ORGANISATION. (Received 10.n0 a.m.) GENEVA, May 31. The Commission formed to inquire into the organisation of the secretariat of the league of Nations Labour Ofiice in consequence of complaints that it was overstaffed and overpaid, has drawn up a report justifying the soundness and business-like methods of the organisation, it suggests all meetings in connection frith tho League's activities be held in Geneva.— (A. and N.Z.
