EFFECT OF AUSTRALIAN ACT. (Received 10.30 a.m.) NEW YORK, May 31. The American Manufacturers' Export Association, in issuing a resume of section 19 of -'|lie Australian 7'"ar Precautions Act, titates that the obligations imposed upon representatives of American and other foreign firms in Australia by the Act threaten to have a serious effect upon trade between the United States and the Commonwealth. — (A. and N.Z.
