TIME TO PREPARE. (Received 10.30 a.m.) LONTJOX, March 28. The "Times," c6mmenting on the Test matches, draws serious attention to the apathy at present s'nown in England. The '"Times" says: "The English eleven will take the field without the smallest preparation. A trial game against a decently strong team would have been invaluable, but we never take the simplest precautions, and leave everything to chance."
