ANGLO-RUSSIAN TRADE.
KKASSIN NOT HOPEFUL. PROTEST FROM EXILES. PARIS, March 28. The Russian Parliamentary Committee has issued a strongly-worded protest against the Anglo-Russian trade agreement. It says that' the agreement is equivalent to recognition of the Soviet Government, and asserts that when a national government is established in Russia the agreement will be repudiated, and will be regarded as a hostile act. The agreement can only prolong Russia's agony by encouraging the Bolsheviks. According to a message from Helsingfors, M. Krassin, the Russian Soviet trade envoy to Britain, in a report to Moscow on the Anglo-Riissian trade agreement, says that it is impossible to conclude with capitalistic communities, which are doomed to collapse, any treaties which will servo as a basis for peaceful relations. This agreement does not afford a guarantee that normal trade on a large scale will be really opened between England and Russia.— (A. and X.Z. Cable.)
