"I was not at the meetii!-. never hc.-u.l of it. and don't recognise Mr. U i1f.,,-,1 as Leader of the Liberal party, but simply as leader of a little coterie of Opposition men.'* lie added that whoever supplied such a I report, knowing the position, was guilty of presumptuous irregularity. ( Lnughjter from Government benches.) I Mr. W'ilford followed with an explanation, lie stated: "I supplied the report, .and only referred to members of the Liberal parte led hv me."' "Well." added Mr. McCallum. with some heat, "it does not say so." As the names of the Liberals who attended the caucus were wired, it should be added that the name of Mr. Seddon was accidentally omitted from the list.
