UNCONSCIOUS FOR A WEEK. NEW YORK, March 7. The Washington correspondent of the "New York Times," commenting on the possibility of the publication* of a book -.evealing hitherto unknown interesting facts of Mt. Wilson's administration, points out that administration circles were graveljy cojnsiidering tnj advisability of appointing Mr. T. R. Marshall, the Vice-President, to succeed Mr. Wilson immediately after tbe latier's breakdown. It is understood that Mr. Wilson was iunconscious for a wee-:, and his life was despaired of.
