IMMIGRATION RESTRICTIONS.
In eonnoetion with the Immigration Restrictions Ace of 1020, the Governor(ienernl has with the advice an.i/ onsP "; lof the Executive Council, made the followinc regulations by Order-m----i f°ou° oil: "1. A person shall be deemed to BukP the oath of allegiance to His ! Majesty under action 15 of the sa.d I Act if "in the ,<reßence of an offi-er oi I Customs he siffns the sa.d oath in the form or to the effect set forth in eeetion -■1 of the Promissory Oaths Act, IfHK whether printed in the English or in in? other lanjruilffe. (2) A person shall be deemed to take the oath in the form set forth in section IB of the said Act, if in the presence of an officer of Custom* lie the oath in that form or to that efTei-t", -whether printed in the Enelish or in any other language."
