ALLEGED WAREHOUSE THEFT.
CASE IX THE POLICE COURT. Upon a scries of charges of breaking and entering the warehouse of Messrs Heather, Robertson Ltd., and, as | alleged, stealing therefrom qtiantities of I commodities such as rice, sago, tobacco and cigarettes, John William Baildon appeared lief ore Mr. W, R. McKean, I R.M., in the Police Court this morning, and was remanded for eight days. In ! all there were six charges against him j mostly referring to Bates in September ' last. Bail was granted.
