GUILTY OF THEFT.
_ , MAN AND WCo___N CONVICTED. The last case of the criminal sessions concluded yesterday afternoon, when a jury, sitting .under Mr. Justice Cooper, found John Reid and Annie Craddo.K ; guilty of the theft of £39, the property of a seaman. Mr. R. A. Singer, who appeared fothe accused, offered no evidence in defence, and did not address the jury. The theft wae stated to have taken, place on a fishing launch, in the harbour.
