Cotton, quoted six months ago at 21W .per lb, is to-day BJd. Corn, quoted at R/ICU a bushel within tho six months, is to-day 2/11 per bushel. Oats, formerly 4/2 a bushel, are selling to-day at 1/0 to, 2/ a bushel. Wheat is down from 11/5* n bushel to 7/3s. Chicago live 6tock prices are down to tho 1917 level. Corn and oats quotations are the lowest in five years, and wheat the lowest in three years. A messag-e from Ohicago states that hog prices continued in a sensational decline. Quotations varied from 43/0 to 47/11 per hundred, which was the lowest for four years.
