TOKYO, December 6.
The Japanese Navy Department ia increasing the number of its seaplane corps from 2 to 15. The enlarged establishment will comprise 286 seaplanes. A seaplane ship of Britieh model is now b»iJding.—(A. and NJS. Cable.)
