STANDARD OIL IN FRANCE.
(Received 0.30 a.m.) TARIS, October 15. The "Ttfatin" states that the chairman of the Standard Oil Company has arrived in Paris, his intention being to start a French branch. It is expected that this will effect a reduction in the prices.
