HUTT RAILWAY DAMAGED, (By Telegraplf.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. A southerly storm raised an unusually heavy sea in Wellington harbour yesterday, and the Butt railway was damaged by washouts. One line will be out <-f service for some time, and traffic will consequently be hampered. The Waliine was the only steamer that railed la : -t night.
