SPECULATION IN FODDER.
SYDNEY, this day. Mr. A. Dunn, Minister of Agriculture, threatens to seize fodder being transhipped from Victoria unlese the agents and consignors terminate speculation. The trucks are held up at Albury, awaiting drought prices. Prayers for rain were offered at a united service yesterdßy._(A. and N.Z. Cable.)
