A FLOATING MINE.
WARNING TO "SHIPPING. (Bj Telegraph.—(Press Association.) WELLINGTON this day. The secretary of tl\e Post and Telegraph office has received from the superintendent in charge of the Awanui ■Wireless Station the following from Garden Island: —'Navigation warning to all ships. The master of «.s. Dundula reports having sighted an object, apparently a floating mine, at 1i1.40 to-day '(Monday). The position is approximately latitude 96,16 south, longitude 150.33 east.
