TAX-FREE PER CENT. (■Received 10.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, this day. , -ihe State Government lias decided to raise a local loan of two millions immediately for five years at 5J per cent., free of both State and Federal income tax. Half the loan will he devoted to the relief of necessitous farmers and }ialf to completion of the wheat silos IKlieme.—(A. and N.Z. Cable.)
