The Peking correspondent of the New York "Times" states that the Chinese Government has decided to hold an international industrial exposition at • Peking in March, 1922, for which 3,000,000 dollars has been appropriated. The Chinese Government is planning to appoint a commission to consider living conditions among the common people, with a view to effecting an amelioration, thus forestalling Bolshevism.— (A. and K.Z.
