LONG U.S.A. CREDITS.
TO CAFTtTRE FOREIGN TRADE. (Received 11.5 a.m). WASHINGTON, January 22. It is announced that the International Bankers' and Exporters' Organisation has completed plans for the establishment of an international credit clearing house by means of which American goods can be exported on long terms of credit.— (A. and N.Z.
