PAYING FOR SCAPA.
PARIS, December 14
The German Government in its reply to the Allied Note, states that it is impossible to hand over 400,000 tons of dock, material. Tt is sending an expert commission to Paris with a list of all German port material in order to suggest a modification of the Allies' demands.—(A. and N.Z. Cable.)
