UNDERGRADUATES' FUND.
I TO PAY THEIR FINES. (Received 11.20 a.m.) 1 LONDON, November 20. The undergraduates of Emmanuel College, Cambridge, established an insurance fund against proctorial fines, covering ordinary risks except Guy Fawkes and Armistice Days. The fund also provides for farewell dinners to undergraduates "sent down."—(A. and NZ. Cable.)
