BUYING ON LONG CREDITS. (Received 0.35 a.m.) NEW YORK. October 23. The correspondent of the New York ''Times" at Atlantic City says that the Italian mission has informed the Labour, Conference that Italy's greatest requirement is wheat. She must import .'1,500,000 bushels, and for these longtime credits are required. The delegates added that a loan of £100,000,000 was required by Italy, which hoped to obtain two-thirds' of this sum in the United States.—(A. and N.Z. Cable.)
