A resolution to have the legal notice served was carried unanimously. A claim to recover possession of a house from G. H. Siddle on the ground that the rent was in arrears for five months, brought by C. M. W. Williams (Mr. N. A. Campbell), was heard by Mr. E. C. Cutten, S.M., this morning." The question as to whether the rent which has accrued (amounting to £21 7/8) since the summons was issued should be included in the judgment has still to be argued.
