Also, under instructions from the local Deputy Public Trustee, in the estate of James Boyle (deceased), a *iuarter-acre section In Chappell Street, l'apakuni: and, to close a partnership, a farm of 201 acres at Riverhcad, with house of six rooms and outbuildings, about a mile from the wharf.
