SETTREMENT TO JELALA3AD. STILL FIGHTING. (Received 9 a,m.) ALLAHABAD, August 24. The Afghan troops have withdrawn on the Dakka frot to Jelalabad, and the enemy bands in the Khost region are dispersing. Fighting continues with the irreconcilable tribesmen, and small punitive expeditions are being organised. -(A and N.Z. Cable.)
