Later advice received from the transport Ellinga. which was due at Auckland from Egypt on August 28. states that the vessel will not now arrive until September lb The Ellinga is bringing draft No. 270. comprising over 1.000 men. of whom 305 are for Auckland. It is understood that the Ellinga is to call at Sydney en route.
