Eo much so that we shall never have : the population the Dominion needs. Just ] i-magine a law being made that picture , theatres must only open at the most in- • convenient hours both to the business , and the public—a most impertinent and j unwarrantable liberty to take with the 1 rights of the people. We s-cm to be a 1 community tramping the streets ■ eternally in darkness under restrictions ; that should not exist, nor would they be i tolerated in any other part oi the world. < I am, etc., ' C.A.B. \i
