DISPUTE ABOI'T THE COST. A claim and counter claim occupied Mr. E. C. Cutteii, .S.M., at the Magistrate's Court to-day. The plaintiff. Kred Nicholson (Mr. W. A. Black) sought to recover from 15. 11Key worth, dyer, the sum of ,Ci!s 15/1 balance alleged to be due for work done and material supplied in installing steam and water services at defendant's dye works in Symonde Street. A counter claim was entered for .05 for «even weeks' loss of profits. An amount ol evidence was taken during the morning und counsel's addresses were heard this afternoon
