COLLAPSE PENDING. LACK OF 'WAR SUPPLIES. (Received 10.35 a.m.) NEW YORK, August 11. Tt is reported that Admiral Kolchak's attempt to form an All Russia Covernment and to overthrow the IVilsheviks is likely to collapse shortly owing To lack of supplies for his troop* ( \ and XZ Cable.)
