RUSSIAN REACTIONARIES.

SECRET LEAGUES WORK. LONDON, August 10. The Exchange Telegraph's correspondent at Copenhagen states that the investigation of the murder of the Bolshevik, Ardasjeff, reveals existence of an international league to re-establish in Russia a monarchy. This league is responsible for the death of Ettinger, a former Rusian naval officer, and Lehrs, an American subject, for the alleged murder of four people. A secret committee of the league selects its victims and carries out its work so mysteriously that it will probably be impossible to bring its ramifications to light.—(A. and N.Z. Cable.)
