FRENCHWOMEN'S PERFIDY.
LETTERS TO THE GERMANS. (Received 11.45 a.m.) PARIS, August 3. The trial of five French women for treason has commenced ut Lille. They wrote a letter to the German commander saying: "We will do anything you want. All those you want denounced we will denounce. " Long live Germany; down with France." One of the accused was only 15 at the time, and another tbe mother of six children. Four out of the live accused are pleading guilty.— (A. and N.Z.)
