EXTRADITION DEMANDED. THREE SENTENCED TO DEATH. ■ : (Received 10.35 a.m.) PARIS, July 16. The Porte has demanded the extradition of Talaat Pasha, ex-Grand Vizier, Enver Pasha, ex-Minister of War, and Djemal Pasha, ex-Foreign Minister, who took refuge in Germany.
