POLISH AGGRESSION.

ACTION IN EAST GALICIA. PADEREWSKI'S PROMISE. (Received 11.45 a.m.) LONDON, May 24- Delayed. -The "Daily Chronicle's" Paris correspondent snys that the Poles in defiance of the Peace Congress expelled the Ukrainians from East. Galicia, and are about to junction with the Rumanians at Cscernowitz. There were great rejoicings at Warsaw, but M. Paderewski, Premier of Poland, will find it difficult to explain to the Big Four why he did not keep his promise to attempt no aggression beyond the bounds fixed by the Peace Congress. (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
