EVIDENCES OF GOODWILL. TERRITORIAL SOVEREIGItfTY. (Received 9.10 a.m.) NEW YORK, May 27. The "Xew York Times' " Washington correspondent interviewed Baron Ishii, Japan's Ambassador to the United States, who reviewed Japan's dealings with China with reference to Kiau Chau, and pointed out that Japan had goodwill towards China- He said that by the Treaty of 1915 China recovered entire territorial sovereignty over Kiau Chau, and by the accord of 191S China acquired the right to participate in the administration of the former German railway from Kiau Chau to Tsinan. He added that there was no conflict of interests between Japan and the United States.—(A. and X.Z. Cable.)
