The "Tempo" declares that the delegates were actually informed that they would be treated better than the Germans, but they must not say so.— (A. and N.Z. Cable.) THE BALKAN PEACE. (Received 10.25 a.m.) LONDON, May 16 (delayed). A British proposal is afoot to the effect that Turkish and Bulgarian representatives should not be invited to Paris, but meet the Allies in Salonika.— (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
