ANNIHILATING MONEYS POWER. "WORTHLESS PAPER ISSUES. (Received 12.20 p.m.) LONDON, May 2. A Geneva message states that Lenil interviewed, says that he is seeking t annihilate the power of money in tr world. Hence hundreds of thousands ( rouble notes are issued daily from tl Bolshevik treasury, with the deliberal intention o£ destroying the value < money. "As it is impossible to root out capitalism by confiscation," he adds, "we are flooding tbe country with notes without .financial guarantees of any sort." Lenin is also entertaining vast agricultural schemes under the influence of Confucius, whom he is studying. His schemes are based on the manufacture of a great quantity of scientific agricultural machinery and implements, with which he intends to develop Russian resources with the utmost rapidity.— (A. and N.Z.)
