IRISH NATIONAL DANCING.
(To the K.litor 1 Sir.-In Thursday's "Star - ' is n letter re lr.sh dan. ing, and 1 am thoroughly in agreement with the writer. The trouble about Irish dancing is want of support. There is not one society in Auckland to foster it, and hardly a teacher of note. Another thing lacking is want of uniformity in judging. The result is, to use a slang term, "Rafferty rules.''
