AND BRITISH MANUFACTURES. LARGE CREDITS REQUIRED. _ , PARIS. March 21. Delegates to the British Federated Industries Commission concluded a series of conferences with M. Louchenr, Minister of Reconstruction. The latter said he was prepared to freely import large supplies of material, provided commercial credits for eighteen months to two years were conceded by British manu- I facturers. as France at present cannot finance imports by exports, and requires assistance in the work of reconstruction.
