TERMS SETTLED.

NAVAL AND MILITARY. GERMANS' SMALL FORCES. PARIS, March 21. The Supreme War Council has settled the naval and military air terms. More (German ships are to be handed over. Thus, the naval situation of Germany will be strictly analogous to the military, leaving Germany with a very small navy. The question' of the Kiel" Canal and Heligoland will be deferred. Strong representations were made to Mr. Lloyd George to remain in Paris in view of the grave- necessity of settling the Rhineland question. Mr. Lloyd George intended to return to England on Thursday to deal with pressing industrial matters there.— (A. and X.Z.)
