U3» CAPTURED. (Received 1.20 p.m.) LONDON, March 18. French gunboats seized the escaping German U-boat No. 3!) off Ferrol, where she was interned by the Spanish authorities. She escaped on Sunday, and earlier reports stated that she had been sunk by her crew when on the point of capture, but this proved incorrect.—(A. and N.Z. Cable.) *
