FINAL DRAFT.

ALLIED PEACE TERMS, TO BE DISCUSSED TO-DAY. MR. WILSON AND THE LEAGUE. '(Received 9.25 a.m.) PARIS, March 16. Desiring to more closely study the preliminary peace terms and consider tbe inclusion of the League of Nations scheme in it, Mr. Wilson did not attend Saturday's meeting of the Supreme War Council. Other members do not see the necessity for this inclusion, but Mr. Wilson is anxious to see the scheme safely and definitely through at the earliest possible moment. Owing to Mr. Wilson's absence tbe Council postponed adoption of tbe final draft of military, naval and air terms till Monday afternoon.— (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
