WEIRD HUN PROPAGANDA. s VANCOUVER, March 8. Dispatches from Mexico and Bolivia to Washington state that German propagandists continue their activity in Latin America. They have, given publicity to a story that 35,000 Cerman girls have been ordered to France to aid in the re-popula-i__a of the country.
