Tlie Company is being formed for the purpose of acquiring the' full •'manufacturing and trading rights tat and -within the Dominion of New Zealand, of a new process for the •manufacture of Rubber Goods of all descriptions, including Motor Tyres of all sizes "and description," Inner' Tubes? Efetreads, etc., together with a number of secret formulas for the manufacture of floor coverings, beltings, and''other important lines hitherto not maim* lectured here.
